Burlingame Flag Designs Continue!!

​We are working on our designs, all of which feature the eucalyptus tree. Similarly, the eucalyptus tree is represented on the seal of Burlingame.

Inside city hall, we noticed historic photos of some of the buildings we pass each day.

The rest of our morning was spent working on our project. We gathered information about necessary ratios and proportions, vocabulary for flag elements, and size. We worked on the presentation for the mayor and new designs of our flag. Our goal is to present the flag proposal to the current mayor before the end of her term and new mayor takes office.
