Exposition Night Prep!

With only a few days left of the NOMAD flags semester, we are all scrambling to finish the final slides on our presentations and projects. We spent the morning going over our group presentation, hauling the final supplies for our fort, and doing the last phase of building: the railing.

Lisa Betts-LaCroix, an amazing public speaking expert, ran a workshop on presentation skills! She worked with each student individually on their volume, articulation, eye contact, and pacing. The improvements that the kids made in such a short period of time was incredible.
