Educator Workshop
Nomad Middle School is a place where students thrive as engaged, curious learners in the world. We believe so strongly in this model of education that we're excited to help others learn how to inspire their students as well. Our two-day workshop will help envision you a way to tap into student interests, to bring your own personal interests and whole self to the classroom, and give them opportunities to make change in the world – all while learning the academic skills they need to succeed.

Nomad is a progressive inquiry- and project-based middle school for adventure seekers, dreamers, and doers. Students learn by engaging with the world around them by taking weekly excursions around the Bay Area, working with local experts, completing large-scale self-driven projects, and understanding that they are meaningful members of their community.
